In Hatha Yoga, Asanas (body postures) are chosen to boost women’s health by reducing cortisol (the stress hormone) and boosting the endocrine and reproductive systems. The session includes deep squats, the bow pose, and other relaxing, muscle-strengthening and flexibility-enhancing Asanas.
