Join us for Aghani Al-Balad: Songs of the Land, a festival celebrating songs written and performed by children from Sebastia, Farkha, Bil’in, Kafr Ni‘ma, Saffa, Ein Qiniya, Birzeit, and al-Jib, together with Al-Mada Association.

Aghani Al-Balad grew out of two years of journeys, research, writing, and music-making with children across Palestinian villages and towns, giving voice to their villages, the land, their dreams and wishes, and the laughter and play behind the songs.

Hear the songs performed live by the children at the Palestinian Museum, alongside dabkeh performances, circus acts, and a pop-up market of homegrown and handmade products from the participating villages.
