A Small Glitch in the World

Written and illustrated by Argentinian artist Isol

language: Arabic

In this tale, Laila takes us on an adventure searching for imbalances in the world she lives in, showing us her genius methods of stitching the holes in an ‘embroidered Palestinian scarf’, flipping it and turning the world into a place of watching and questioning to understand the relationship between two parallel worlds and the differences between them.

Inspired by traditional Palestinian embroidery (tatreez), the author created this story exclusively for the Palestinian Museum.
