Down with the Occupation 1987

This poster by the artist Shuka Yehoshua Glotman was part of the 'Down with the Occupation' exhibition held in 1987 by the Association of Artists for Freedom of Expression in the El-Hakawati Theatre in Jerusalem to mark 20 years since the 1967 occupation of the West Bank. The exhibition included posters by Palestinian and Israeli artists.

The Day of the Land

A poster entitled '30 March The Day of The Land' issued by the Unified Information Office of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) commemorating Land Day in 1983. It was designed by artist Ismail Shammout based on a lithograph by David Roberts (1875) depicting a landscape of the city of Nazareth. It is part of a series of posters made to mark this occasion. The Museum collection has one duplicate available of this poster.

Land Day

A poster entitled '30th March Land's Day' issued by the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah) on Land Day in 1985. It features a design by the artist Adnan Al-Sharif.

Armed Struggle

This poster entitled 'Our Alternative: Continutation of Armed Struggle' was issued by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) in 1982 in commemoration of the 15th anniversary of its launch.
